Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse for our 18 bed Medical Surgical Unit. This is your opportunity to provide patient and family centered care in a healing environment while doing the work you love in the beautiful coulee region of La Crosse, Wisconsin.

What you will do:

0.8 FTE – 64 hours or 0.6 FTE – 48 hours every two weeks available
8-hour shifts. Shifts are between the hours of 6:30 am- 11:00 pm
Every other weekend and holiday
Care for a wide array of medical surgical patients with diagnosis such as CHF, COPD, cellulitis, weakness, infections as well as some medically stable patients
Administer medications and provide skills such as wound care, work with tubes and drains, bowel, and bladder management

What you will need:

LPN license to work in the state of Wisconsin
BLS for health care providers
New graduate and experienced LPN’s welcome to apply
